Kevin O’Brien
CEO / PrincipalIn 1987, Kevin founded Greystone. His guidance and focus on high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer service has grown Greystone from a start-up to a well-established and versatile general contractor.
Kevin has an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin, Stout.

Gordie Schmitz
President / PrincipalGordie joined Greystone in 1993 and has since established an exceptional team of project managers and estimators. Gordie’s areas of expertise span the entire construction process and Greystone’s delivery methods.
Gordie has a BS in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Eric Bender
V.P. of Construction Operations / PrincipalIn 1995, Eric joined Greystone beginning as a tradesman working on commercial and industrial projects. Eric’s knowledge of field operations and his management style has made him a respected leader at Greystone.
Eric has a BS in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Colin O'Brien
V.P. of Business Development / PrincipalColin grew up in the construction industry and officially joined the Greystone team in 2004. Colin has a plethora of experience having served as a Laborer, Estimator, Project Coordinator, and Business Development Manager.
Colin has a B.S. in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Brian Kreuser
V.P. of Construction Execution / PrincipalBrian joined the Greystone team in 1999 through an apprenticeship program at the Shakopee High school. With 20+ years in the construction industry, he is highly knowledgeable with hands-on experience. He is responsible for field labor scheduling, overseeing all in-house labor operations, training crews, equipment management and more.

Gary Grahek
CFOGary has vast financial knowledge and experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for forecasting, financial reporting, auditing, and management of risk.
Gary has a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
