Minnesota OSHA Cooperative Compliance Partnership

At Greystone, we place the highest importance on safety because we value every individual. Greystone is proud to actively participate in a MNOSHA Level 3 Cooperative Compliance Partnership (CCP) with OSHA officials and Associated Builders and Contractors - Minnesota/North Dakota Chapter on the Legacy Central senior housing and CDA office project. The purpose of this partnership is to to promote open lines of communication between MNOSHA and the construction industry in pursuit of safety. The partnership promotes a safe, healthful work environment and a strong working relationship that creates mutual trust and respect among all parties – including project owners and construction workers.
