Women Who Build: Featuring Hailey

From starting her career with us to becoming a driven Assistant Project Manager, Hailey has not only embraced the construction industry but has also become a passionate advocate for it. She’s actively involved in promoting construction careers at job fairs, leading student tours of jobsites, and most recently advising the Construction Management Program at MSU Mankato team at the ABC National Construction Management Competition in Las Vegas last week.

Starting my career at Greystone at just 17 years old, I was fortunate to have been brought up within a company that prioritizes people and their development.
