Crystal Valley Bulk Chemical Warehouse & Liquid Loadout Facility
High quality agronomy retail center
Crystal Valley brought Greystone Construction in early in their process as they started to work on plans for a new bulk chemical warehouse and liquid load-out building. Greystone helped Crystal Valley evaluate different building sizes at different locations at their existing grain and agronomy facility.
After several renditions, the team locked in on the location that best fit their site. Greystone went on to design and build a 18,600 square foot Nucor pre-engineered steel building. The building features (2) bays for liquid load-out, (16) 10,600 gallon chemistry tanks, recessed loading dock, package storage space and an automation system from Kahler.
This was the first of many projects Crystal Valley has partnered on with Greystone.
