A 30KW solar panel system is installed on the south side of the building.
The garden on the north side of the building is dedicated to Suzanne O'Brien, one of the founders of Greystone Construction. Suzanne passed away in 2019. This garden was designed to reflect Suzanne's strong faith, calming presence, and her playful nature -- these qualities were instrumental in guiding Greystone from a startup in 1987 to the company Greystone has become today.
The first floor of the atrium is inviting and warm with its glass curtain wall, white oak accents, and floating stairs.
The second floor of the atrium features a stunning light fixture and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Notice the hangar door raised over the entry into the Greystone reception area which is a functional reminder of Greystone's early history of building airplane hangars.

The Vision Room is an inspiring conference room that overlooks Canterbury Park and is often used for client meetings. The beautiful green boxwood wall is a product from Vickerman Companies – Greystone has built more than 200,000 SF of warehousing for Vickerman.
The wood-wrapped clerestory is the spine of the building and leads visitors from the reception area through an open-concept work area including multiple "breakout" meeting spaces, two focus rooms, a mother's room, 20 cubicles, and 18 offices.
Another view of the hallway features a map showing the reach of Greystone Construction throughout the United States. The display is designed to change as Greystone breaks into new states.
The cubicles on the north side of the building face beautiful views of Canterbury Park. Every workstation throughout the space features ergonomic, powered sit-stand desks.
Eight-foot-tall aluminum art panels line the hallway inspiring team members and keeping our core values top of mind. Our core values make up the acronym STRIVE: Safety, Teamwork, Relationships, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.
The Double Down Room is a medium size conference room. The oversized wall art is a tribute to our neighbor, Canterbury Park.
A photo gallery lines a hallway and displays the people and clients of Greystone since 1987.
The Room of Excellence is where larger team meetings are held. A long bench offers greater seating capacity.
The Greystone Taproom doubles as our lunch room and a fun, entertaining space.
The Taproom bar designed by our VP of Construction Execution Brian Kreuser features a root beer and two rotating beers on tap the use Rahr Malting ingredients. Rahr is a client of 34+ years.
