FEATURED PROJECTS

By the Yard Manufacturing Plant Construction

By the Yard Manufacturing Plant Expansion

Due to remarkable growth, By the Yard partnered with Greystone Construction for the fourth time to expand their operations. Our team successfully doubled the size of their warehouse facility, delivering the project on schedule and under budget. Throughout the expansion, By the Yard maintained full operational capacity, thanks to our strategic planning and seamless execution.

Chart Industrial Manufacturing Facility

The 110,000 SF metal building was designed and constructed to support the manufacturing of large cryogenic storage tanks measuring 160’ long and 14’ in diameter. The owner made it very clear that the schedule would be of primary importance because Chart had contracts in place and needed to meet a tight manufacturing schedule. Using a fast-track, design-build delivery method, the Greystone project team completed design in two months and construction in only nine months.
