Danny's Construction Office Build Out
Designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects and built by Greystone, the space blends industrial materials, warm textures, and bold finishes to create a modern workplace rooted in craftsmanship. Exposed steel, specialty tile, decorative panels, and acoustic baffles create visual impact and sound control. The office includes a taproom with a retractable wall opening to a second-floor patio overlooking Canterbury Park and a fitness center for employees.High Stakes Venture Multi-Tenant Office Building
Greystone Construction developed and built the 28,700-square-foot Class-A High Stakes Venture Multi-Tenant Office Building, a two-story facility featuring mass timber, structural steel, striking architecture by Tushie Montgomery Architects and ERA Structural Engineering. Located within Shakopee’s growing Winners Circle development near Canterbury Park, the project contributes to a rapidly expanding commercial district.
Scott County CDA Office Headquarters
Greystone Construction partnered with the Scott County Community Development Agency (CDA), UrbanWorks Architecture, Ivy Properties, and Great Lakes Management to deliver a transformative mixed-use development featuring the new Scott County CDA’s modern offices and three-story Legacy Central Senior Housing consisting of 60 units.Greystone Construction Office Building
The Greystone Construction Office Building project is a two-story building with Class A finishes and was the first commercial development of a 13-acre site. The multi-tenant building designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects features a two-story glass atrium, floating staircase, modern stone and metal exterior, 30KW solar panel system, wood-wrapped clerestory, rooftop deck with views of the Canterbury race track, a lush garden with water features, and more.
Greystone has completed 150,000+ SF of high-end tenant build-outs for Prime Therapeutics. These projects showcased Greystone's commitment to excellence through implementation of immense details within a challenging schedule. The Rahr Corporate Office Expansion construction project is a two-story building with Class A finishes designed by KOMA. The updated space functions well and is reflective of the company’s deep-rooted values and history.
