By the Yard, a manufacturer of high-quality, luxury outdoor furniture made from recycled milk jugs, has placed it’s trust in the Greystone Construction team over the past 20+ years to support its operational needs as the company continues to expand to meet higher demand of its beautiful, durable, and environmentally sustainable products.
The 2022 expansion project doubled By the Yard’s manufacturing footprint from 45,000 SF to 90,000 SF. The project team successfully navigated a number of challenges from selective demolition, poor soils, building in a floodplain, and a change in energy codes to ensure the project was completed on time and under budget.
