Dem-Con partnered with Greystone to design-build its award-winning materials recovery facility using metal building construction. Commingled recycled materials are accepted at the site, then sorted and processed by a state-of-the-art system capable of processing 20 tons per hour.
The building side facing the highway is broken up with vertical decorative accents giving the building curb appeal.
The metal building includes five, large overhead doors for trucks delivering commingled materials to easily access the tipping floor. Baled products are loaded out of ten loading docks.
