HomeTown Bank Multi-Tenant Office Building
The HomeTown Bank Multi-Tenant Office Building is a single story, high-profile building providing much needed Class A office space in the rapidly growing Shakopee community. The building design projects a welcoming image of warmth, comfort and a familiarity of home.
The project team completed construction in less than six months despite challenges. Multiple adjacent, concurrent construction projects and a tight construction site required effective coordination and communication to avoid conflicts and ensure a safe working environment.
We would quickly recommend Greystone to anyone looking for a general contractor. The Greystone team’s pride in our project was always apparent as was their standard for high quality work from all subcontractors.
Tim Grabow, CEO, HomeTown BankThe multi-tenant office building is a steel-framed building with wood truss roof, metal paneling, stone accents, and an asphalt roof. The exterior also features a heated sidewalk system extending from the walkways to the drive-up banking area.
HTG was the client representative for this project and helped interview and secure contractors. Greystone was the perfect fit for HomeTown Bank because of their extensive project history, knowledge and expertise.
Sean Raboin, Partner, HTG ArchitectsHTG Architects brought Greystone in early during the design phase of the project. The Greystone team analyzed the building design and found opportunities to enhance efficiencies and decrease costs without compromising the integrity or goals of the project. One example was the exterior metal paneling -- the client approved Greystone’s proposal for an alternate option with the same look, quality, and performance but with significant savings.
The facility includes a business center complete with ample seating, smart presentation technology, kitchenette, and more. This shared space is available for use by all building tenants and can be rented by community organizations.
